Massachusetts Alliance on Teen Pregnancy. I worked at Massachusetts Alliance on Teen Pregnancy full-time for more than a year. Being at the Alliance I've seen so much transition at this organization due to very poor leadership, and very bad management. The mission and vision of this organization have been lost unfortunately, and the work culture is not there. I think it would be smart to implement some leadership coaching, or maybe resign and allow someone who is passionate about youth take the lead. This organization serves a purpose and It's unfortunate that so many people left all because of the leadership, and not taking ownership of there work.

Compensation: Unpaid. Alliance will provide supervision of requirements to receive school credit. Founded in , the Massachusetts Alliance on Teen Pregnancy builds the capacity of youth-serving providers and engages youth in public policy advocacy to ensure reproductive justice for all youth and young parents in an environment of dignity, respect, and high expectations. We believe that youth gaining control of their sexual health are youth gaining control of their lives, and that young people who do become parents can rise to the challenge. The Alliance seeks an intern to assist with fundraising during the school year.
